SHARON OSBOURNE: GENE SIMMONS Is 'A Silly Man In A Silly Wig'

March 13, 2008

Cameron Adams of Australia's Herald Sun reports that Sharon Osbourne has lashed out at KISS bassist/vocalist Gene Simmons on the eve of both KISS and Sharon's husband, Ozzy, playing shows in Melbourne this weekend.

"Gene's a prat," Sharon Osbourne said yesterday. "He's just a silly man in a silly wig. He's just a prat. What more is there to say about him? He's his own worst enemy by being in the public eye."

Sharon has publicly slated Simmons for copying her family's reality show, "The Osbournes", with his own, "Gene Simmons Family Jewels".

The outspoken Sharon has joined Ozzy for his first Australian concert tour in 11 years. Their last visit was for the MTV Music Awards in Sydney in 2005.
